I am going to try to get another shoutbox because this one has no options on it so you have to experiment if you have suggestions for a shoutbox go to the forums under Suggestions and post there
If you do post an idea of site that has one plz see if it has these things(does NOT need all) *A refresh button if there is no autorefresh *Code buttons for smilies,videos,etc. *An admin cp to clear the sb in case of spamming or flooding
