Old (blue and black) 1.Auto-refresh 2.have to delete msg every time 3.Have to guess for each smiley action 4.Everyone even guests can use it
New (basic lookin) 1.no auto-refesh 2.Displays codes for various things 3.Can view smilies list 4.Has a refresh button in makeup of no auto-refresh 5.I can restrict guests from using it
